To download important documents like Aadhar, Driving Licence & PAN Card from WhatsApp, 

first save the contact number of 'MyGov Helpdesk' in the phone. 

Phone number - +91 9013151515

Now open MyGov Helpdesk Chat on WhatsApp. 

Type 'Hi' or 'Namaste' in the chat. 

You will be asked to choose between 'DigiLocker' or 'Co-Win'. 

select DigiLocker service. 

*Your DigiLocker account has to be linked with the Aadhaar number. 

Once the phone number is registered, the chatbot will display the linked documents with the DigiLocker account. 

You can download your documents in PDF form.
